Having been in various positions that spans over 30 years in the design industry and over 20 years as a Paul Mitchell educator, Nan combines the commitment to a standard of excellence with an imaginative and exciting approach to hair design. As an educator for Paul Mitchell Nan has traveled the United States and Canada training and inspiring stylists on stage and in classrooms. In addition to her Paul Mitchell training Nan has been through training with ColorCutting USA(Carefree, AZ with Scott Cole and Linda Yodice), Progressive Hair Arts Plus (New York, NY with Donald Scott) and with the Advanced Academy of Paul Mitchell the School. Since the very beginning of her career Nan has understood that it is continuing her education that keeps her passion alive and opens her mind and creative thoughts with the skills that she has developed her greatest joy is to be a daymaker and bring joy to each guest sitting in her chair.Nan has been at Rejuv' Salon & Spa since 2006
Andrea Lien
Element 3
Andrea has a passion for the art of hair as well as the business of beauty. She attended beauty school at the Aveda Institute in Minneapolis in 2003, and continued her education through Paul Mitchell. She continues to work with Paul Mitchell as a National educator, sharing her love for learning and teaching with others. She also attended make up school in Burbank, California at the Make-Up Designory and received a business degree from our hometown college, the University of Minnesota Crookston. She is driven by each guest of the salon, and hopes your experience is both enjoyable and unforgettable. She trusts you will enjoy her families' salon and spa, and aspires to continue to support the town of Crookston.
Kashia Landsrud

Following graduation from Fertile-Beltrami School in 2005, Kashia Landsrud attended Josef's School of Hair Design in Fargo, ND. While attending she took part in Josef's annual photo shoots and hair shows. Now, she participated in them as an alumni. Kashia has also attended special Paul Mitchell training classes, focusing on cuts, colors, and up styles. In 2009, she went to the Paul Mitchell Signature Gathering in Las Vegas. She continues her training as it is offered and looks forward to helping you make your hair everything it can be! Kashia has been with Rejuv Salon and Spa since 2008
Tessa Brouse
Element 3
Tessa Brouse grew up in Crookston, MN, graduating in 2007. From then, she went on to cosmetology school at Josef's School of Hair Design in Grand Forks, ND. Learning all the tools of the trade at Josef's, Tessa also had the change to take on advanced education in body waxing. Tessa had the opportunity to take part in Josef's annual student hair show in Fargo and still takes part in them today as alumni along with their student photo contest. After school she was happy to be a part of the Rejuv' Salon & Spa team. The salon constantly gives the opportunity of learning new cuts and color from the different forms of education the salon offers. She has attended the Paul Mitchell Signature Gathering in Las Vegas in 2010. There she attended educational classes taught by the Paul Mitchell Artistic Team. Tessa is also an AIT (Associate in Training) for Paul Mitchell so eventually she can share her knowledge and passion for Paul Mitchell and the industry with other stylists. She strives to give you a wonderful and memorable experience from the moment you walk in the door. She loves the positive impact she can bring to each and every one of her guests. Tessa has been with Rejuv Salon and Spa since 2008
Dawn Skjei
Salon Coordinator
Dawn Skjei is Rejuv' Salon & Spa's manager/coordinator. Dawn graduated from Crookston High School, is married to Thomas Skjei, has a daughter Hilary, and a son Austin. Dawn has worked in Crookston all her life. She worked at a bank in bookkeeping, was a receptionist at a clinic and dental office, did sales and marketing for a local company, and had a partnership catering business on the side with a friend. Dawn is the first one you will speak to on the phone and when you enter our salon to greet & welcome you with her charming smile. Dawn has a great gift with creativity and presentation. She always says "It's all about the presentation!" She oversees the day-to-day activities of the salon including: scheduling, inventory control/management, customer and employee relations, and assisting with marketing activities. Dawn loves to spend time with family and friends and also walking her dog (Mr. Emmitt), purse and jewelry making, cooking, golfing and best of all, professional shopper for shoes and purses. Dawn has been with Rejuv Salon and Spa since 2010
Patti Lien
Nail Technician & Owner
Patti Lien has owned Rejuv' Salon & Spa since 2004. In 2009, Patti attended Northland Community and Technical College and graduated with her nail technician licsence providing current nail service trends. With the expansion of Rejuv' Salon and Spa and the new location she is continually adding services. She is grateful for how the new salon and location came to be as Kevin, her husband, was the contractor while family and friends filled in when needed. Patti's interests include being at the salon, family time, lake time and hopefully as the years progress, getting away each winter a little longer each time.
Jane Gruhot
Skin Care Specialist
Obtained her esthestic license from the Skin & Body Work Institute Grand Forks ND in 2003. Earned over 300 post graduate hours of education at International Dermal Institute, Mpls, MN. Jane has been with Rejuv Salon and Spa since October 2011
Mandy Ecklund
Stylist - Element 1
Mandy graduated from LOW High School in 2008. Attended Professional Salon academy in Bemidji, Mn taking part in Nail Technology, Cosmetology, and skin care. Always willing and wanting to learn more which is what she is receiving here at Rejuv Salon and Spa with the team sharing their knowledge and skills and with the great clientele at Rejuv giving her the opportunities to becoming a Rising Star. This corky new stylist is a bunch of fun with a contagious smile and wanting to make sure your experience is fun and exceptional. She has attended the Paul Mitchell Signature Gathering in Las Vegas this past July and plans to attend in 2013. Mandy has been with Rejuv Salon and Spa since May 2012
Morgan Henre
Receptionist/Future Stylist
Morgan graduated high school in 2012 and started cosmetology school in the fall at the Salon Professional Academy in Fargo. She is currently attending and absolutely is loving school and making people feel good about themselves. Morgan loves everything Rejuv' Salon & Spa has to offer and can't wait to keep furthering her education at Rejuv. Morgan will be working as a receptionist on a part time basis until she receives her license.
